Monday-Friday

6:00-7:00 a.m.
7:00-8:00 a.m.
8:00-9:00 a.m
9:00-10:00 a.m.

4:30-5:30 p.m.
6:30-7:30 p.m.

Saturday
6:00-7:00 a.m.
7:00-8:00 a.m.
8:00-9:00 a.m.
9:00-10:00 a.m.

Note: More that 4 requests for a new time will open up a new class.
Programs
  • Foundations (required before attending group classes)
    5 sessions teaching the CrossFit Foundational movements
    (Sessions include a heart pounding workout at the end of class.)
    Foundations Schedule:
    Mon-Fri: 7:00 a.m.
    Mon, Wed, Fri: 4:30 p.m.
    Tue, Thur: 5:30 p.m.
    Saturday: Upon Request

  • Group Classes
    Monthly Memberships Available:
    2x per week
    3x per week
    Unlimited Group Classes



  • Personal Training
    If interested in 1-on-1 personal training, please call to set up  a time to come in.

Dues are paid on the first of every month. When you finish your Foundations classes the rest of the month is pro-rated. All Foundations classes are by appointment only.
