CrossFit CDR is for EVERYONE! Whether you haven't worked out a day in your life or your are a collegiate atlhete, we modify our workouts according to your fitness level and ability. To get started, everyone has to complete "Foundations"

Foundations with CrossFit CDR is a five session course taken to introduce the CrossFit philosophy and functional movements of fitness, including body eight exercises and Olympic style weight training. This course is a prerequisite for any person desiring to work out at CrossFit CDR, and will allow us to assess your ability and fitness level and learn what your goals and expectations are.

Classes are held over the course of two to three weeks , are semi-private and by appointment only. After the Foundations course has concluded, you and your trainer will evaluate whether you are ready to join one of the regular CrossFit classes or if you would benefit more from additional individualized training.
