CrossFit CDR is an affiliate of CrossFit. We utilize the national CrossFit philosophy in every training program offered. Our Program offers classes for ALL fitness levels and abilities. We focuses on fitness, nutrition, and wellness through community development and support.

CrossFit CDR workouts use functional movements which are constantly varied, performed at high intensity, but it can be scaled to any fitness level. Results are dramatic and rapid.
